Administrative Assistant

Ajilon is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a full time position in Phoenix, Arizona 

Responsibilities:

- Answering phones 

-Sorting mail

-Assisting with invoicing

-Filing 

Skills:

- Quick books and Excel experience is preferred 

-Microsoft office products 

-Effective communication and organizational skills

Monday-Friday/ 40 Hours a week
