Ajilon is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a real estate company. This is a contract/temporary position that will last for 1-3 months with possibility for permanent hire. Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, answering phones, and making follow-up calls.
  • Making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure forms and documents for real estate transactions are being prepared.
  • Coordination of showings, assistance at open houses, and feedback collection.
  • Purchasing supplies, as well as preparing and distributing marketing materials.
  • Keeping both electronic and paper filing systems up to date.
  • Creating listing materials and posting real estate listings.
  • Keeping track of a client database and preparing reports.
  • Performs other administrative duties as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative assistance background.
  • Property management or real estate experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and get the job done quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Well-organized; capable of multitasking and processing high-volume transactions.
  •

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience:

  • Work experience in an administrative position
  • Tech savvy and quick learner
  • Compensation:

  • $21 per hour
  • Employment Type:

  • This is a contract/temporary position
  • Work Hours:

  • 40 hours/week
