The ideal candidate has the skills to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Answering all incoming office calls and use discretion in information provided
- Calendar and schedule management
- Maintain files and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Greet and direct visitors
- Support management & office staff with administrative duties
- 1+ years of admin experience in a professional environment
- Must be Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills & be detail oriented
- Effective communication and time management
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Friday
- 40 Hours a week
