Job Description

Administrative Assistant:

Ajilon is partnering with a client in Lubbock, Texas to fill an Administrative Assistant role.  The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible and looking for a supportive and encouraging company culture

Role Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance
  • Assist in the research and creation of marketing materials


  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in business administration (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field (Preferred)
  • Enthusiasm, a commitment to excellence and the ability to successfully interact with high net-worth individuals
  • Professional business skills, such as project management, data entry, and customer relations
  • Ability to present information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
  • High level of prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills including the ability to work with Google Suite apps for business and to navigate online systems
  • Hours: full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with additional hours/times as needed
