Responsibilities

  • Answer main phone line, transfer calls, and take messages
  • Greet visitors and sign them in
  • Maintain office supply stock
  • Prepare bank statements & enter deposits in SAP
  • Plan meals for meetings and events
  • Complete monthly expense reports
  • Make hotel, rental car, and airport reservations
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • SAP experience is a plus
