- Answering all incoming office calls
- Calendar and schedule management
- Supporting manager/supervisor to assist in accomplishing department objectives and deadlines
- Assist with preparing data entry reports
- Support management & office staff with administrative duties
- 1+ years of experience in a professional environment
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills & be detail oriented
- Great Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and time management
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Friday
- 40 Hours a week
