Job Description
Ajilon is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant in Richmond, CA for our client in Health and Human Services. Are you actively searching for work? Do you have office experience and like working with a small team? This role will sit in the office full time 8:30-5PM; Monday-Friday.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client correspondence and communication
  • Following up on client payments
  • Sorting mail, scanning, copying, and faxing
  • Answering occasional phone calls
  •  

    Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Office experience in a support role is needed
  • Must be well organized
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting
  •  

    Compensation: $18 - 21/hour

    Role: Contract to Hire

    Location: Richmond, CA
