Ajilon is currently seeking a temp to hire Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Downtown Cincinnati area. Do you have 2+ years of Administrative experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills? If so, this may be an ideal position for you.
- Schedule meetings and set reminders
- Order lunches
- Process tax returns
- Complete electronic filing
- Answer inbound calls
- Respond to emails
- Work in Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Some college (preferred)
- 2+ years of Administrative experience
- 1+ years working in Microsoft Office Suite
- 1+ years working in Peoplesoft (preferred)
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritize workflow
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and with other team members
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, full time
