Administrative Assistant

 

Ajilon is currently seeking a temp to hire Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Downtown Cincinnati area. Do you have 2+ years of Administrative experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills? If so, this may be an ideal position for you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and set reminders
  • Order lunches
  • Process tax returns
  • Complete electronic filing
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Respond to emails
  • Work in Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some college (preferred)
  •  

    Experience:

  • 2+ years of Administrative experience
  • 1+ years working in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ years working in Peoplesoft (preferred)
  •  

    Skills:

  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and prioritize workflow
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and with other team members
  •  

    Position Type: Temp to Hire

     

    Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, full time

     

    Pay: $17-$19/HR
