- Provide a positive experience for guests entering the office
- Interact with guests via phone, email, and social media
- Create and organize daily schedules and tasks for employees
- Coordinate meetings and conferences using office calendar
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Sort and distribute mail
- 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Monday - Friday
- Full-time, flexible hours
