Account Management Representative
Ajilon is partnering with one of Seattle's original retail brands to find a group of Account Management Representatives.
In this position you will support customers by tracking their orders, processing payments, and correspond via phone and email. This position is great for anyone with attention to detail and great customer service skills.
- Process customer orders
- Returns processing
- Order and invoice proofing
- Credit card processing
- Web order processing
- Customer correspondence
- Custom order coordination
- General office duties
- Experience in a customer service environment preferred
- Experience working on computers; preference for those with Windows experience
- Skills in problem-solving, written and verbal communication
- Strong communications skills
- Full-time, multiple shifts
