Job Description

AiRCare Health is on a mission.

We are transforming healthcare.

We are empowering individuals to put emotional health first.

We are looking for passionate clinicians to join our multi-disciplinary team.

Why we need you

We are growing!  We need your professional and focused determination to connect the populations we serve to the resources they require.  We want you to listen, identify and direct our populations with empathy making you the window into our organization.  We want you to bring all your previous experience in a clinical environment and leverage it to build meaningful connections and quickly navigate and direct outcomes. We need you to bring your optimism and confidence each and every day to inspire others to live a better life. When you join us, your knowledge and utilization of the world’s largest employee benefit ecosystems will be your domain.

This is a float position meaning that you will not have an assigned case load. You will support the team by making calls on behalf of Clinicians who are out-of-the-office or on leave. Between cases, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to find resources and overcome obstacles for the populations we serve.

Who you are

  • You have a current valid license in a related field (LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LGSW, LICSW, LAMFT, or LMFT)
  • You have 2+ years of experience providing evidence-based treatments, short-term psychotherapy using outcomes management, and are excited and motivated to deliver clinical support via phone
  • You are excited about providing life-changing clinical care, to a full caseload of clients (in a 40 hours/week role), and you have experience thriving in your previous work
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening), especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive feedback
  • You are a fabulous communicator: written and verbal communication is your strength
  • Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a major asset
  • You are able to work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pmCST

 What you’ll do

  • Provide personalized support for individuals who are looking for help, for a broad range of emotional and mental health needs
  • Work closely with a collaborative team of elite clinicians, through regular collaboration
  • Be a key contributor to improving our care model, by providing feedback on our client’s needs and our approach

This role is a great fit if you…

  • Are passionate about improving lives and believe in the greater good
  • Are tenacious: you persist and bring creative solutions to tough challenges
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. We move quickly to evolve tools and protocols based on data. You’ll thrive if you are comfortable with ambiguity and change, and don’t require defined processes to guide you every step of the way
  • Are adept at learning to use various tech tools, seeing them as a way to make your work easier, and enhance your impact
  • Are accountable and collaborative. Working remotely, you will be expected to work independently, proactively take ownership of key tasks, and keep in regular communication with your team

  • Are a time management guru: you efficiently move through a to-do list and effectively prioritize and triage competing demands
  • Are growth-oriented: you thrive on constructive feedback, which you view as an opportunity to polish skills
  • Are open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate, flexible, and have good humor
  • Reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida, Texas, Arkansas, North Carolina, or Virginia
