IT Manager

AGRILAND FS looking for a project manager with strong IT experience to analyze current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades. Provide training and uses advanced industry knowledge to keep organization on the cutting edge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, phone systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Maintains Fast Stop hardware and software and ensures system operations including usage of the NBS system
• Works with developers of accounting software to influence and ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Partners with Project Coordinators to research, evaluate and organize emerging technologies and processes while continuously searching for areas of improvement
• Develop and execute disaster procedures
• Ensure network components meet needs and work seamlessly
• Respond to hardware and software emergencies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Normally requires a Bachelor's Degree in business analysis, project management, information technology and at least 3-5 years of related experience to demonstrate ability
• Ability to successfully plan and implement projects, train, and lead on best practices
• Strong communication skills to present project plans
• Ability to occasionally work hours above those considered normal to meet project deadlines or handle critical situations
• Analytical and reporting experience and knowledge of current technology capabilities to support both technical and non-technical staff
• Demonstrated planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proven team building skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel independently and overnight if necessary
