Job Description: ABOUT US Agnos is a healthcare-focused technology consultancy. As a Digital Strategist and HubSpot Expert, you will be responsible for the following:Develop the Agnos Digital Sales and Marketing Strategy, plan the related work to implement the strategy, and execute the strategic plan leveraging all the HubSpot Hubs and related tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SNOV.io, etc.)Convert Prospects to Customers and convert Candidates to Employees or Contractors by implementing the Agnos Digital Sales and Marketing Strategy and execute the strategic plan leveraging all the HubSpot Hubs and related tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SNOV.io, etc.)Manage all people on the Content Team, Sales Team, and Recruiting Team so they execute the strategic plan leveraging all the HubSpot Hubs and related tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SNOV.io, etc.) and help you Convert Prospects to Customers and convert Candidates to Employees or Contractors.Manage and execute client vision- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand the assignment, audience, and intended message. Help create original visual designs that communicate the desired intentions in a visually appealing, creative, and unified way. Consult with team members as needed and revise projects, when necessary, based on feedback. Coordinate all production requirements and provide final approval notification. Help Design and Build new campaign ideas and execute the same with Digital and outreach marketers, etc.Design and detail – Help design and select graphics, websites, social media pages, articles, blogs, case study / white papers, clip art, themes, posters, brochures, branding, and other marketing material for our vibrant social media campaigns. Prepare samples for the client and appropriate staff for review.Study design briefs and determine requirements.Help conceptualize visuals based on requirements.Help prepare rough drafts and present ideas.Help develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design.Test graphics across various media.Amend designs after feedback.Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.KnowledgeComplete all applicable HubSpot Certifications for developers and digital marketersDevelop proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologiesDemonstrate working knowledge of Agnos Software Development Process (SDLC) and web technologiesTools: Software issue and requirement tracking (JIRA)Learn any new technology, skill or tool as would be required by the job now or in the futureAssist with the Following Tasks:Research, understand, and draw insights on customers' needs by interviewing users both directly and in partnership with researchers and designers; by performing market and competitive research; through data analysis; and through other methods as appropriate.Validate and iterate concepts and products qualitatively, by engaging with users, and quantitatively, using data and tools, to drive strategy, design, and execution decisions that lead to customer satisfaction and realization of business outcomes.Build data-backed business cases for products, features, and experiences that will have a measurable impactUse all functionality provided by HubSpot Hubs to accomplish Agnos’s business objectives and strategy around Inbound and Outbound Marketing, CRM, Sales, and Service.Responsible for collaborating and working with designers, UX specialists, project managers, QA specialists, and marketing consultants to ensure the delivery of high-end web products to our clients.Develop Agnos Business Model CanvasDefine Customer SegmentsDefine and Align Value Propositions to Customer Segments, Partners, and ChannelsDefine Competitive positioningDefine Channels & PartnersDefine Customer RelationshipsManage User ExperienceAnalyze user needs, create user storiesDevelop detailed buyer's journey across customer segments and a firm understanding of how Agnos website currently performsDeveloper Buyer personasManage ContentCreate Blogs, Articles, and Web ContentDevelop content specific for targeting selected accountsEditorial Calendar Creation Develop a detailed editorial calendar to synchronize all elements of content and promotion to drive the necessary results for goal achievement. Develop an all-encompassing content strategy calendar that matches the production schedule for campaigns. Time the production of certain topics and titles to match certain points in the buyer's journey and pillar strategy.Convert awareness content into long-form site pages to modernize and enhance the value of previous efforts.Review gated content, mapping out a prioritized list for conversion.Conversion of pillar page for future clustering into long form content page template design and development Pillar Page Cluster ArticlesDevelop fresh content in addition to clustering existing articles. Strategically structure content by topic and title to maximize effective reach on search engines individually, as well as feed the relevance and find-ability of associated pillar pages.Create articles to serve as a high-level introduction to readers with an easy-to-scan layout and format.Research content topics, source in 3rd party support, and structure so content can be leveraged across campaigns (ex: nurturing workflows emails, sales follow-up, etc.).Responsible for offsite optimization, local and organic link building to grow relevance and authority (e.g. organic or local link from someone else's high authoritative website back to Agnos web pages).Drive referral traffic to Agnos website and build links to optimize ranking factors needed to be seen higher in the search results (e.g. organic links, new local directory profiles to increase conversions)Content Optimization (based on SEO) and Social Media Management (Handling LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook)Help with other documentation, Support FAQs, Guides, etc.Create One-pagers and Company brochuresCreate and publish Monthly NewsletterCreate Push Notifications for Agnos appsVideo Development Manage storyboarding, script development, and brand voice development. Create and distribute 1-3 minute video. Develop the video topic, style (e.g. HERO, live shoot testimonial, whiteboard explainer, etc.), and direction. Build an initial draft, iterate, and finalize the video for publication and promotion. Upload to appropriate channels (e.g. TwentyThree, YouTube) Optimize for search Create Video Scripts and manage process for Agnos videosOversee modernization of Agnos website to educate visitors, prompt conversations, convert sales opportunities. build and expand the Agnos digital presence.Analyze the performance of Agnos websiteDevelop buyer's journey and craft user experience mapsEngineer an entirely new UI/UX for Agnos website visitors.Online Conversation Implementation and Chatbot playbook mapping and developmentDesign and Implement chatbot technology to develop online conversation paths for the Agnos website (e.g. bot will ask questions and harvest important qualification data necessary for sales, schedule meetings directly for sales personnel, and allow reps to jump directly into conversations in real-time.Email Marketing & Automation.Design and implement targeted and effective email content for a host of different communication requirements.Design and Implement personalization tokens and context from segmentation criteria to feed communication strategy and create different experiences for critical engagement paths.Design and implement strategy and execution for various types of email communicationEnsure the timely delivery of both automated and promotional emails are sent to only the ideal segmented lists within Agnos CRM database.Design and Implement automated nurturing workflow sequences for content consumption and form completion.Design and Implement automated re-engagement email sequences for dormant leads.Design and Implement automated behavioral email sequences triggered by web engagement that selectively send promotional and news emails to market to CRM database.Create and run Email Campaigns in HubSpot and other email marketing toolsSocial Media ManagementManage the strategy and effective execution of social media efforts across the platforms identified as important to campaign success.Apply community-building tactics and targeted sponsored posts, to support growing the Agnos follower base and increases engagement with custom content promoted through profiles.Manage all monitoring and engagement across all applicable social channels with community building tactics and activity.Leverage Atomic Reach and HubSpot's social tools. (e.g. social postings across channels like LinkedIn etc.)​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Amplification & Advertising Management.Manage and optimize a wide-reaching social and search engine advertising strategy to extend Agnos reach across multiple channels and target specific audiences with different strategies.Develop custom audiences based on machine learning and AI (e.g. SRAX advertising software platform) and execute a continual campaign.Sales Optimization & Automation.Assess and Implement a Sales Funnel to manage Prospects, Opportunities, Proposals and ContractsIdentify efficiency gains. automated triggers, tasks, fields, and records that will be assigned to make sales' job easier.Lead Management & System AdministrationTrack all leads that originate through campaign efforts using the parameters defined during strategy.Pipeline ReportingUse tools (e.g. Databox) to pipe KPI data from available data sources into a series of data walls for real-time access to campaign performance.Track goals against performance through custom reporting dashboard.Monitor the performance of marketing efforts, sales performance and system and system health through this reporting structure.Web Modernization StrategyProactively scope and present new ideas to improve the Agnos website experience for prospects, customers and partners.Set design standards for Agnos HubSpot – Based sitesKeep the end user at the center of your design process, ensuring what you create provides valueCollaborate with Digital team members, developers, management and other stakeholders to ensure website aligns with departmental and company strategiesProactively scope and present new ideas to improve the Agnos website experience for prospects, customers and partners.Responsible for initial concepting sessions, user flows, wireframes, UI patterns, and high-fidelity screens highlighting the design processArchitect a new experience for website visitors which incorporates the most valuable pieces from existing website.Retain and re-purpose usable assets, building them into the new site structure.Monitor how visitors consume website and layout a plan for how it should change and grow so results can improve.Develop strategies for re-marketing to people who visit website, social media channels, and display networks.Develop Account based marketing efforts including social advertising for conversions for key B2B targets.Website CTA & form placement, landing page creation/optimization, and HubSpot Lead Flow implementationImplementation of conversational marketing software as the primary conversion path (Drift or HubSpot Messaging for chatbot, live chat, and book a meeting integration)Optimize ConversionDesign and implement Dashboards & Data visualizationDevelop Insights to gain traction with specific accounts (and growth hacking ideas)SEO campaign with pillar page strategyConnect topics most relevant to Agnos business with the right “pillar pages” on site that can best educate and convert visitors into leads based on its content.Research short and long-tail keywords connected to relevant topics so that we can create content to support pillar pages to help them grow in authority and traffic.HubSpot Portal and Hubs Set Up:Enable settings that require configuration to ensure credibility and accuracy.Smart List & Form System Set Up: reorganize existing contacts and develop a system of smart lists that will categorize existing contacts and populate new contacts automatically.Database Load/Migration: Migrate existing contact databases (including relevant segmentation data) from outside platforms into HubSpot portal.Database Segmentation: Segment database into several custom smart lists based on digital marketing best practices and industry and organization-specific requirements.Build out custom contact and company properties within HubSpot and systems for collecting information in a standardized manner.Support CRM Setup & IntegrationOrchestration (coherent customer experience across channels)Brand Communication GuideDefine detailed personas, hero and positioning statements, and brand assetsOptimize brand awareness, identity, and reputationQuality AssuranceTest all work completed in HubSpot to ensure optimized user experienceEnsure all User experiences and journeys are of the highest quality and live by the motto that, “you never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression.”Complete User Acceptance Testing before “publishing” any web pages, content, campaigns etc.Product DevelopmentDevelop, implement and manage the app marketing processCreate and optimize a web project management process.
