As a Telecommunications Representative you will:
+ work in our inbound customer service call center,
+ learn and create your own script, listen carefully, and resolve the customer's issue,
+ be a leader in identifying solutions using advanced computer-based software
+ lay the foundation for leadership; as you pursue advancement quickly
You are qualified for this job if you:
+ are at least 18 years of age,
+ have a school diploma or equivalent,
+ can navigate computer applications quickly and accurately,
+ maintain a work schedule M-F 12p-8p
+ HAVE A DESIRE TO LEAD!
