Engineering and Facilities Manager

Summary: This position manages all aspects of engineering, wastewater, and facility operations with a focus on meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, and permit requirements. Conducts feasibility studies and prepares detailed reports and determines service expectations and capabilities. Ensures that facilities and equipment are designed in a way that food safety objectives are met. Focus on continuous improvement, plant engineering, and lean manufacturing methodologies to drive significant improvements in manufacturing efficiencies. Follow all food safety requirements and GMPs as applicable for this position. Essential functions are as follows, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
Accountable/Manage Facilities Asset Care budget. Sustain; manufacturing facilities, corporate office buildings, Security, Fire systems, Utilities and grounds.
Sustain Solar Array PPA (power purchase agreement).
Support/Assist Operations Management staff.
Manage surplus equipment liquidation.
