The administrative assistant acts as the company receptionist and provides administrative support to the Director, Managers and visiting Executives.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: acting as the receptionist greeting customers, answering phone, sorting mail as well as administrative support including expense reporting, planning travel, light purchasing, data entry and any other support activities as needed. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors to Hexagon Agility in a professional manner ensuring that all security processes are followed. 
  • Answer phone routing calls to the correct person as well as sorting and distributing mail
  • Manage inventory levels for facility consumable goods including office supplies and other items as required
  • Stock kitchen and conference rooms
  • Support company meetings including lunch order, set/clean up
  • Process expense reports for executives and managers
  • Schedule travel for executives and managers
  • Support executives and managers as needed with administrative tasks including, but not limited to: data entry, form creation, project work, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned 



  • High School Degree required.  Associate Degree in a business related field preferred.


  • Must have reliable vehicle for picking up local supplies, meals, etc..
  • Must have valid Nebraska drivers license 


  • 2-4 years of office experience 


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to effectively function as a team player
  • Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects simultaneously 


  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Power Point required


  • Ability to sit for up to 8 hours or more per day with occasional standing/walking. 

Work Schedule

  • Full-time.  Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. as a general rule
  • Ability to work beyond a normal schedule during the week, and at times on the weekends as needed to support early/late on-site meetings and off-shift employees as well as travel issues that arise.
