Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Software Applications Developer

Senior Oracle Integration Cloud Software Applications Developers will work with clients of Agilian to develop OIC integrations between Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM Cloud applications, EPM Cloud systems, and other Third-Party or on-premise application systems.  Senior OIC Software Application Developers will also support Agilian efforts to win new Oracle OIC business, for example, writing technical language for RFP responses, creating OIC diagrams and architecture documents, and setting up demo and proof of concept environments in OIC.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) using Oracle Middleware (including OIC) in support of business modernization initiatives.
• Participate in reviews of high-level designs, software configuration and work closely with clients and users to gather reporting/dashboard requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of technology-related best practices and processes for Agilian and its clients
• Analyze and communicate the impact of technology changes or upgrades to the solution architecture and develop mitigation plans to ensure risks are alleviated.
• Capacity planning and recommendation of improvements to ensure system stability.
• Coordinate with appropriate personnel to develop positive application solutions that increase end-user satisfaction
• Follow through to completion, and communicate resolution results; escalate to management any situation that could adversely impact the service provided to the end-user or client
• Participate in determining system performance standards for clients
• Maintain and support current or new enhancements as necessitated by the users or legally mandated for existing or new applications.
• Develop technical design solutions for building Interfaces utilizing Oracle SOA suite technologies, including OIC, which integrate with multiple Enterprise systems.
• Provide end-to-end support for oracle web service interfaces.
• Develop, execute, and document unit tests on technical objects.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to lower-level Configuration Management staff on routine and non-routine matters.
• Provide resolution for application integration issues by coordinating with various administration teams and stakeholders
• Provide technical and architectural support to the company in support of sales, proposal, and business development opportunities in relationship to new Oracle OIC and Oracle SOA business opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to undergo a background investigation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Microsoft Suite Expertise including Visio and Project

• Demonstrated professional experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud
• Demonstrated professional experience working with ERP technical implementation
• At least one end-to-end Oracle integration project as a Senior OIC or Senior Oracle SOA Developer
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Integration frameworks offered by OIC to integrate with Oracle Cloud SaaS (ERP, EPM) applications
• Minimum 5 years of experience with OIC or with Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, XML, WSDL/XSD, Adapters) and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) implementation - Oracle 12c/11g preferably
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SOAP/REST Webservices, XML, WSDL, and XSD.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, on-prem adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution
• Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and well as business stakeholders, and writing technical design documents.
• 2+ years of experience integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with OIC Suite preferred
• 2+ years of experience integrating Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, E-Biz Adapter, XML, WSDL/XSD) preferred
• Certifications or continuing education in Oracle SOA or OIC preferred
• Experience in performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of OIC and SOA integrations.
• Experience with deployment and release management processes of Oracle SOA Suite and/or OIC
