Title: Executive Assistant 

Salary: Payrate: $72,994 - $82,992 Depending on Experience

Location: Hybrid - Less than 6 hours a week in D.C office as needed.

Job Description: 

Agilian is hiring a task-oriented, highly organized Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for supporting Agilian’s business needs. Your daily duties will include managing the Agilian CEO’s calendar, meetings, emails, project statuses, performing administrative duties, while collaborating with Agilian’s clients and internal staff. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, meticulously detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple calendars and prioritizing tasks. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Acts as the administrative liaison between the CEO and internal/external tasks. 

  • Manages written correspondence, scheduling, and deadlines. 

  • Optimizes the CEO’s time by reading, researching, and drafting documentation and emails, and by prioritizing internal and external requests. 

  • Maintains the CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. 

  • Maintains professionalism and ensures all internal and external data is kept confidential. 

  • Records meeting action items, minutes, and notes. 

  • Produces administrative tasks such as spreadsheets and reports. 

  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Commitment to social equity and alignment with Agilian’s missions regarding antiracism and race, equity, diversity, and inclusion. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Office SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams skills, with an ability to become familiar with additional programs and software. 

  • Advanced organizational, schedule management, project management, and problem-solving skills with an ability to prioritize task with conflicting deadlines and priorities. 

  • 1+ years of experience as an executive assistant.

  • 2+ years of experience in the field of business operations, local, state, or federal government. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. 

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills. 

  • Microsoft Suite Expertise.  

  • Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and well as business stakeholders, and writing professional communication. 

  • Healthcare domain knowledge: interest in healthcare and/or social equity. 

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes. 

  • Ability to undergo background investigation. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise with MS Visio, Lucid Charts, or similar process modeling tools
  • Expertise with MS Office 365 Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1+ year working supporting a remote team
  • REDI or Social Work certifications
