Job Description

 

Job Title: Marketing Specialist, Corporate Stores

Reports To: Director of Operations, Corporate

Rate of Pay: Hourly, eligible for benefits

Travel Required: 10% (mostly locally travel within Columbus and Cincinnati)

Position Summary: This position is the face of the Tide Cleaners brand within the Cincinnati and Columbus markets and responsible for local marketing strategy and execution for 8 Tide Cleaners store locations and locker access points.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the brand ambassador for corporate stores by planning and attending local events, building community relationships, and promoting Tide Cleaners in the local Cincinnati and Columbus markets to our target consumers
  • Responsible for the marketing plan development for Tide Cleaners corporate store locations,  locker access points, and business development plans to achieve established sales goals
  • Identify key strategies to drive guest trial & loyalty with the target TC consumer and grow the counter and delivery business
  • Collaborate with advertising agency to develop annual media and market plans. Partner to develop the creative and campaign assets
  • Own the corporate store marketing results and budget: campaign analysis, store-level results deep-dive, open POs, track budget progress, and participate in annual planning  
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, IT, and HR to successfully develop and execute the marketing plan, analyze results, and adjust the plan as needed
    • Partner with HR to continue to evolve employer branding to drive recruitment and retention
  • Communicate marketing plans to store managers and GSRs to ensure successful implementation; lead in-person and virtual status meetings to engage store staff and generate engagement for the local marketing plan
  • Serve as the project manager for Tide Cleaners  test initiatives, pricing, and research projects
  • Share, document and collaborate local corporate learnings and challenges back with Tide Cleaners national and field marketing teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Energized by community outreach and networking to build a brand within the local community
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in a marketing role, working with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Budget management a plus
