Responsibilities:
- Design for multiple formats; digital, print, package design, UI, social, and branding
- Prepare various file formats to technical and professional specifications
- Translate brand positioning and consumer insights into visual communication
- Monitor design trends and understand consumer behaviors on specific channels
- Represent your work internally and to clients
- Learn about the client's industry and business activities to suggest design solutions
- Create work that motivates the target audience to "take action"
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables at once
- Collaborate with colleagues to design creative campaigns according to the standards discussed with clients
- Work within budgets and deadlines
- Undertake administrative work and keep records as needed
Requirements
- Be a good human who cares about other humans
- Be "we" not "I" minded.
- Have original ideas and know how to visually communicate them
- Proven experience working as a graphic designer in an agency, in-house, or freelance
- A design portfolio with real work examples that represent a variety of channel applications: logo design, typography, color theory, web layout design, social content, email content, print production, package design
- Have impeccable typography skills
- Proven skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and design best practices
- Understand the worlds of marketing, advertising, media, and creative strategy
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to handle a variety of accounts from different industries
- A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Design degrees are nice, but we care more about your experience, your portfolio, and who you are as a person
