Job Description

After Hours Pediatrics, a local provider owned medical group with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork, is looking for a qualified Office Manager to add to their team.

The Office Manager will be responsible for leadership and management of non-physician staff, overseeing day to day functions of the clinic to ensure the office is running professionally and smoothly. The manager will work collaboratively with other members of the management team, perform employee performance reviews, participate in policy changes, assist in the onboarding process and coordinate on-going training and mentoring for staff.

An ideal candidate will have:

·         A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

·         Experience with leadership and personnel management
