Guaranteed $12.50 per hour base pay + performance bonus. Our top agents earn over $14 per hour!

As an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll interact with cell phone customers to answer questions regarding their account. You just need to enjoy building connections with and helping customers! In addition to your base pay we reward performance and quality with an extra $0.50 to $1.50 per hour. This team also offers nearly unlimited overtime opportunities where you can earn extra money per hour.

What You'll Do

  • All customer inquiries are inbound only.
  • We don't make outbound cold calls or do telemarketing.
  • Enjoy engaging with and helping customers with questions about their cellular phone service.
