We take pride in serving our community with our residential HVAC services, and we have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Santa Cruz.
Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (This position will start out as a part-time role and will have the ability to be full-time in the future.)
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 an hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (When the position goes to a full-time role, the hours will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Be the first line of contact for customers/clients
- Manage incoming phone calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking messages as needed
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating service calls
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Responsible for data entry and filing as needed
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 1 year working in an office environment in an administrative role
- Minimum of 1 year of scheduling coordination or appointment setting
- Intermediate computer skills (experience with QuickBooks & House Call Pro or the ability to learn the software)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent time and process management abilities
- Proficient problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
