Sante is seeking a Full-Time Recruiting Manager to leads and oversees our talent acquisition efforts. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates for various positions within our organization. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for providing direction, supervision, and advocacy to the recruiting team and supporting talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for providing direction, supervision, and advocacy to the recruiting team and supporting talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and engage candidates across different channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the recruiting team, providing guidance, mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative high-performing culture. Ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary resources to achieve their recruitment targets effectively.
- Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates. Use metrics insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the recruiting process.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and future staffing requirements.
- Budget: Manage recruitment budget. Determine the most effective sources for attracting candidates. Manage vendor costs.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's employer brand, ensuring it appeals to potential candidates and reflects our culture, values, and commitment to employee growth and development.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, assessing skills, and making job offers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Personally responsible for full cycle recruitment of assigned vacancies.
- Candidate Assessment: Implement efficient candidate evaluation methods, including competency-based interviews and assessment tools, to identify the best-fit candidates for various roles.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates for future job opportunities.
- Compliance and Legal: Stay current with labor laws and regulations and ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

What We Require:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years' of recruiting experience with 2+ years' experience in a Recruiting Manager or similar leadership role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Non-profit experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Clear Company and ADP ATS experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
- Adept at managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices and the ability to foster an inclusive hiring environment.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and improvements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and industry best practices in recruitment.
