Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Job requires excellent organization skills and the ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment. Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft 365, including Excel and be able to adapt and learn new computer systems. Insurance experience a plus but willing to train. Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments 
  • Set-up and maintain claim files
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
