Aerotek is now hiring for a top Energy/Utility company in Denver.

  • Contract to hire
  • Monday-Friday
  • Pay based on experience

Job Duties:

  • Handling all onboarding for the division- class sizes range from 5-15 new hires per week.
  • Monday sessions:
    • Training on timecards
    • Process and receive all onboarding docs
    • set up for onboarding videos and sessions for the new hires
    • Handling and processing all docs for new employees (all of HR sits in Louisiana so they will send it all up to Corp HR team)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • 6 months of experience with onboarding new hires, processing I-9's, verifying IDs, and working with confidential paperwork
