- Contract to hire
- Pay based on experience
- Handling all onboarding for the division- class sizes range from 5-15 new hires per week.
- Monday sessions:
- Training on timecards
- Process and receive all onboarding docs
- set up for onboarding videos and sessions for the new hires
- Handling and processing all docs for new employees (all of HR sits in Louisiana so they will send it all up to Corp HR team)
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- 6 months of experience with onboarding new hires, processing I-9's, verifying IDs, and working with confidential paperwork
