- Manage a portfolio of customers and build relationships with customers.
- Take inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Verify information from current customers and document any changes into the electronic system.
- Respond accurately, promptly, and courteously to member questions and inquiries.
- Promote one-stop service to customers by assisting members with routine questions.
- Refer calls appropriately to applicable support areas if needed.
6 weeks of PAID, Classroom Training!
$15.00 per hour + 1.5x OT
8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Training Hours - 6 weeks)
11:30 am to 8:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
10:30 to 7:00 pm (Every Saturday with a day off during the week)
