A reputable Property Management company in the Miami Shores area is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to their team. This is a full time and long term opportunity!
- Candidate will take 50-70 inbound calls per day from customers interested in viewing properties.
- Candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments in the database for customers who would like to view properties.
- Candidate will be required to multitask in a fast paced, call center environment.
- Candidate will need to be tech savvy, as they will be entering appointments into the system while speaking with customers.
- Minimum of one plus year of call center experience
- Must be able to work between 8am-6pm
