Aerotek is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a leading Medical Insurance company in Naperville, IL. Please apply if interested and qualified!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Respond to telephone or written inquiries from members and/or providers within established time frames utilizing current reference materials and available resources IN CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT
-Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation
-Process written customer correspondence and provide the appropriate level of timely follow up
-Document all activities for quality and metrics reporting through the -Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application and maintain compliance to HIPAA and other regulating bodies as required
-Work as part of the larger support team, collaborating with other departments to ensure proactive, superior front-line customer support
-May coordinate transportation for members and make referrals to other departments as necessary
-Research and identify any processing inaccuracies in claim

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Type 35WPM
-High School Diploma/GED
-6+ months of call center experience
