-Ensure an accurate and timely processing of customer orders and PSD related activities
-Maintain a high level of accuracy in PERI's inventory management
-Professionally support logisitcs, sales and engineering in operations related topics
-Mainain regional customer database
-Immediately enter orders/material lists received from engineering into PSD via interface
-Check PSD for material availability on short term orders
-Escalate large orders/material shortages
-Obtain delivery confirmations
-Produce material lists for yard personnel to prepare for shipment
Properly file all job shipping and return documents
-Confirm returns with customers and advise on receiving hours
-Create booking numbers and print return receipts and labels for receiving
-Enter counts into PSD once turned in by returns team
-Compare PERI and customer return counts and advise of any discrepancies
-Apply returned material approximately to correct customer/job
-Enter damages and repairs per PERI criteria after assessments
-Book trucks through PERI's transportation management software
-Responsible for front desk management (truck and guest receipt)
