Aerotek is looking to hire for one of our largest clients located right in Fairfield County CT. A very large digital marketing firm is looking to bring on new team members as soon as possible !!
1) At least 1+ year of high volume call center background OR high volume Reception work
2) Data Entry
3) communication skills
-Handle 70-80 (mainly outbound) calls per day
-Interact with prospective customers to help them learn more about savings related to PennyMac or USAA
-Log all conversations in the system
-Read off a script for calls
-Qualify incoming leads for those looking to refinance or purchase insurance
