This role needs someone that can talk to others about tough situations but offering solutions and best options rather than selling or offering them to buyout:

8AM-4:30PM schedule Monday-Friday
This Opportunity is 100% call center and is paying 19/HR
Starting ASAP- Interviewing Tuesday February 25th and Wednesday the 26th.

Call center position, will have back to back calls, inbound and outbound, that will be monitored by the Supervisors.
The calls will be in regards to individuals who are delinquent in payment of the loans; need to be understanding and empathetic as they figure out the ideal way to assist the customer.
Must be on time, taking calls at start of shift, keep a professional and pleasant phone demeanor, escalating calls when necessary, and seeking feedback on where they may be able to improve.
