Job Description
A major manufacturing company and industry leader is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their growing team in Speedway, IN. An ideal candidate will have HR leadership/management experience within the manufacturing industry. See below for more details.
Direct-hire, full-time, standard day-shift hours
Responsibilities:
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources managerial experience in the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong leadership qualities
