You have 2 to 5 years outbound and inbound sales experience, but you do not necessarily need experience in the advertising or marketing fields. You must have strong phone and closing skills and be willing to find new business on a regular basis.
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a creative, execution-oriented Sales Representative to be the owner of our business development process. We’re looking for someone passionate about creating and implementing a sales program to grow Harvest Growth through the acquisition of new clients looking to launch their products online, on TV and into retail.
We have a detailed product launch system that has been proven to be extremely effective for our clients, but we have also realized that we have just scratched the surface on the potential for this market. This position is salary plus commission, and the potential to earn six-figures in the first year is very realistic for the right candidate.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
- Research, organize and call on potential clients primarily via phone and email. Our current lead flow brings in several high-quality leads per week, and you will be asked to grow the lead flow through reaching out directly to companies through outbound efforts.
- Construct a follow-up process for non-buyers.
- Work with a CRM (ActiveCampaign) to follow up with prospects.
- Create a positive buying experience for all leads. Approach client requests with a proactive and consultative manner.
- Work closely with our Marketing Director to develop and improve upon our lead generation systems.
- Create and maintain regular reports to be reviewed directly with the company owner.
- Report directly to the CEO.
