Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Bayonne, NJ - 07002 (On-site)
Work hour: 9:00 am- 6:00 pm (Full-Time)
FLSA: Non-Exempt, direct-hire
OVERVIEW
A global freight forwarding company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Bayonne, NJ. Logistics exprirnce is preffered but not required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:
- Coordinate logistics and warehouse process to fulfill service requirement.
- Communicate with customers and transportation services, liaising with various carriers.
- Monitor shipments and communicate with clients and vendors accordingly about the status and progress.
- Improve warehouse workflow to seek efficiency.
- Enter warehouse inventory information in company system.
- Other duties assiged by Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS Office skills
- Highly motivated and fast learner
- Basic computer and calculation skills
