The Client's TechOps team’s mission is to enable better customer experience and broader/easier adoption of our technology by providing strategic customer support, product feedback and product knowledge distribution.
Design engaging conversational interfaces, create virtual agents architecture, design scenarios and sample dialogs
Develop best in class Conversational Virtual Agents with Dialogflow and Contact Center AI
Train the NLU model by providing new examples, synonyms and adding conversation flows
Work closely with x-functional teams to provide feedback on the product
BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Linguistics or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience 4-6 years of relevant work experience in tech (as a computational linguist, engineer or QA specialist) Experience developing chatbots or voice bots (preferably with Dialogflow) Excellent English
Portfolio of launched conversational applications (chatbots, voicebots) Some experience with Machine Learning algorithms for NLU
