Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter information into database systems.
  • Audit and validate data to endure data matches clients.
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure a timely and smooth transition for the execution of all projects.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of training materials to include but not limited to systems training, process and procedures, and cross-functional training.
  • Coordinate the distribution of materials between talent acquisition and business partners.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience in Marketing or Sales is required
  • 2-3 years of experience in analyzing and reporting data (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Position Summary

 

The Coordinator ensures the accuracy and completeness of data between internal/external database systems. This position is responsible for data entry, auditing and validating data, and providing administrative support for the Analysts in Talent Acquisition.

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

 

Data Management

  • Accurately enter information into database systems
  • Audit and validate data to endure data matches clients 

Administration

  • Work with multiple departments to ensure a timely and smooth transition for the execution of all projects
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of training materials to include but not limited to systems training, process and procedures, and cross-functional training
  • Coordinate the distribution of materials between talent acquisition and business partners 

Reporting

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

Additional responsibilities as assigned by one’s supervisor and other manager related to the position/department

Minimum Qualifications

 

Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

                                   

2-3 years of experience in analyzing and reporting data (preferred)

 

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Environmental & Physical Requirements

 

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
