Job Description

Inside Sales Agents II
• Manage a high volume of Small and Medium Business inbound and outbound customer phone calls, emails, chats, and orders in a structured sales contact center environment
• Create a positive customer experience by providing a complete, customized, and professional experience
• Promote and sell our clients products, services, and supplies to a diversity of customers
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to maximize the revenue opportunities of every customer contact by:
o Building rapport
o Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor
o Discovering and evaluating customer’s needs and/or concerns
o Using available tools and resources in order to provide accurate and complete information
o Positioning products and services that align with the customer’s needs/interests
o Anticipating and addressing objections
o Closing the sale
• Document customer, order, and account information accurately and completely
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of client shopping products/services, systems/tools, policies/procedures and processes
• Meet and exceed minimum performance metrics including but not limited to sales targets, quality of service provided, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence

Requirements:
• Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
• 5+ years Business to business Experience
• High technical aptitude preferred which includes but is not limited to:
o PC & Printer knowledge (product, system, configuration)
o Server knowledge
o Lease/subscription knowledge
o Account Pipeline experience
o Account Management experience
• Requires ability to:
o work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the needs of the business and performance goals
o be available to work extra hours as call volumes and business need requires
o be reliable and dependable with respect to attendance and schedule adherence
o be self-driven and motivated
o sell, cross-sell, and up-sell both client Consumer and Commercial products and services with confidence and credibility
o demonstrate knowledge of how information technology impacts the success of a business
• Candidates demonstrate the ability to:
o multi-task within all contact channels including phone calls, emails and chat
o navigate efficiently and confidently between multiple systems, tools/resources, and screens while maintaining a professional and customer-centric demeanor
o communicate effectively and efficiently (verbally and in writing)
o organize and manage time efficiently while paying attention to detail
o think big picture and as an entrepreneur
o work independently/solve problems with limited direction and support
o embrace and champion change
o remain open and responsive to coaching and feedback provided by a variety of individuals
o act with integrity; promote and model the core values
o take ownership of their personal growth and development, as well as that of performance
o maintain a professional and positive demeanor
o adhere to assigned schedule
