Position: Customer ServiceRepresentative
Working Hours: Full-Time 8hours a day (Shift starting from 5:00 am to 1:00pm, and ending at 2:00pm to10:00 pm, including weekends and holidays)
Working Location: Los Angeles,CA (Near LAX Airport)
FLSA: Non-Exempt, Full-Time (8hours)
Hourly Pay: $15.00/h
Qualifications: Able to workwith above shift schedule. Ability to work in a call center environment withcomputers and headsets. Excellent verbal communication skills.
Required Previous Experience:1+ years of experience in airline or travel industry.

As a Customer ServiceRepresentative, you will be responsible in answering incoming calls andassisting customers in reaching satisfactory solutions to their travel relatedneeds.
You will be providing schedules,fare and flight information to customers in a manner that meets the standardsof high customer service as outlined in training and the call handlingguidelines.
Essential Duties include butnot are limited to (Not Official: Please ask the interviewer for more details):
• Answerinbound/incoming calls to handle inquiries from customers
• Usethe computerized reservation systems to make flight reservations
• Provideaccurate confirmation of reservations
• Change existing reservations upon customers’ request
• Communicatecustomers’ needs to other support departments
• Assistsin other areas of the department and company as necessary
