Daily Job Duties
The Customer Service Contractor’s day to day tasks include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries
- Managing several calls and emails
- Gathering customer information to set up or update accounts as needed
- Additional tasks as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
- Good interpersonal skills
