Ranked as a top Fortune 100 Financial Services company, our client has an opening for a Compliance Business Analyst. This is a remote / work from home contract opportunity until pandemic fears subside. At that point, it will be onsite at our client location in Minneapolis, MN. The initial term of this contract is 9 months but can be extended to 24 months maximum.

Responsible for leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Examples might include, but are not limited to: finance / operational / executive management review coordination, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition / Q12 or general program oversight. Provides leadership in the integration /implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary. Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
- 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
- Knowledge and understanding of accessibility methods and standards Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG or section 508 compliance guidelines
- Ability to consult build and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate effectively in a geographically dispersed organization
- HTML experience a plus
