Looking for a professional and polished Hospitality Admin with excellent communication and organization skills
Experience in setting up conference rooms, making sure spaces are clean and ready to use, stocking supplies, reporting the need for repairs or maintenance
Support meetings by calling vendors to ensure service orders such as catering, AV, videoconferencing, and room configurations are delivered according to instructions.
Provide back-up support for mail room and reception areas to make sure customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
