Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida we support a variety of Hotels in the Hospitality Industry and are looking for good people.
- We are currently seeking an Assistant Quality Assurance Trainer who is ambitious, detail-oriented and customer focusd to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the training of all Call Center employees to include new hire training, refresher training, group platform training, systems training, and customer service training. The trainer is required to successfully complete all prerequisite training requirements. Furthermore, incumbent will:
- Assist in the training of current center agents in new and existing programs and accounts
- Attend train-the-trainer sessions with new and existing clients
- provide one-on-one coaching in training to ensure the highest levels of customer service
- Work as a team with all members of the Quality, Training and Operations Departments to meet company training and quality goals
- Provide daily feedback to the team on training and quality needs assessments throughut the organization and make recommendations for improvements.
- Create and update training materials
- Assist with queue as needed
