What we are looking for:

  • Any-Level candidate that has the gift of gab!
  • Must have some outside or field sales experience.
  • Hunger to make sales to reap unlimited rewards.
  • Good communicator with anyone at every level.
  • Passionate about their work and willing to go the extra mile to maintain our customer base.
  • Experience in the auto industry a plus!
  • Detailed enough to get the intel into our CRM.
  • Comfortable with technology so you can learn to use our amazing online tools.
  • Must have good driving record and reliable vehicle.
  • Must live in the market and be willing to travel locally.
  • If you have automotive experience, that’s a definite plus but not required.

The Job:

  • Developing relations with all parties involved in the auto parts supply chain in the market.
  • Collecting market intel and entering it into our CRM.
  • Using data collected to help develop strategies to grow our customers wholesale auto parts business.
  • Who are the main parties?

* Our Dealer Clients: you will hold monthly meetings to discuss business strategy and market conditions.

*Dealer Prospects: you will target dealerships that fit our program and sign them up

.*Auto Repair Shops: 10 to 15 daily visits to promote our dealer clients and to learn about their parts purchasing habits.

The Reward:

  • Signing bonus $500 when you complete your first week at work!
  • Starting at $5,000 /month which includes base salary $3,500, car allowance $500, guaranteed minimum commission $1000 (for the first 6 months)
  • The greatest opportunity to boost your earnings is our uncapped commission program – if you grow your market and the commission is greater than the $1000 guarantee, you earn the higher of the two.
  • Our outside sales representatives earn between $75,000 to $150,000.
  • You will have a company gas card and expense account for office supplies, business lunches
