BigMike's Blends is an emerging CPG brand in California's cannabis market, founded by BigMike Straumietis, CEO of the world's first complete cannabis nutrient system that optimizes each phase of the plant's development. Our goal is to provide customers ultra-premium, consistent, outcome-based cannabis products that are backed by two decades of cannabinoid research. We are launching multiple SKUs in Q1 2021 and need a strong Account Management team to help drive our aggressive growth plans.
The ideal candidate should be articulate with a desire to learn, develop and grow with the company. We believe in an autonomous work environment which means that all Account Managers must be proficient at data entry and update the CRM daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Sell BigMike's Blends cannabis products to retailers by utilizing proven sale strategies.Meet and exceed revenue targets and account targets for BigMike's Blends.Gather leads by cold calling and in store visits within your designated territory.Conducting in-store product demonstrations at select locations, Special Event Marketing, and serving as primary educators of our products.Using CRM for sales and customer data.Attend all weekly meetings and conference calls.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree preferred.2-3 years of sales experience, cannabis sales preferred.Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time.Must have own reliable transportation.Proficiency with computers, technology and the Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.Current knowledge of the cannabis industry and market environment.Demonstrates high level of social and emotional intelligence.Ability to work collaboratively with a team but can work autonomously when necessary.Positive attitude and perspectiveMust have a passion for cannabis.
