Export Customer Care Coordinator

To help excel our organization’s growth, we’re seeking an eager and passionate individual to join our team as an Import/Export Customer Care Coordinator supporting our Import/Export Team’s operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your professional growth in international and domestic logistics.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare, control, and distribute all required air and ocean import/export documentation in a timely fashion
· Ensure prompt and accurate booking, documentation, scheduling, and invoicing
· Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freight
· Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of export/import documentation
· Act as an operational liaison with customer to provide excellent, professional customer service
· Coordinate truck deliveries with dispatch team
· Handle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner
· Positively impact client success
· Reports directly to Export/Import Operations Manager
Requirements
· Associates Degree (minimum); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
· 1+ years of experience in handling customer service
· 1+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain
· Willingness to constantly learn
· Strong attention to detail
· Well organized and quick to adapt
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Good and clear communication skills
· Speaks Korean (preferred)
Work Conditions
· Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
· Full time On-Site Employment
· Location: Secaucus, NJ
· Hours: M-F, 9AM to 6PM
