Company IntroAdvanced Interiors (Ai) is the industry leader in providing interior finishes to the residential new home market.We also serve the retail, remodeling, commercial and multi-family markets focusing not only on the products, but also the services that the new homebuilder needs.Our business has grown to include not only flooring, but also a full offering of cabinetry and a Stone Division where we fabricate our own Granite and Quartz.Position SummaryOn a day-to-day basis, the Customer Care Rep will be responsible for following Ai standards in supporting customers with warranty service assistance along with communicating with Service Technicians or Installers with job details and service appointments.This is a full-time/hourly position.Shift HoursTypically, between 7am-4pm depending on the customer needs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesScheduling AssistanceAdjust QF/Google Service schedule as it pertains to all warranty/service needsWarranty and Service Assistance for... all divisions - flooring, stone and cabinets across all divisions, builder, commercial and retailGreet customers warmly and establish trust to ensure customers' needs are identifiedTake the initial warranty/service information from the client and work with Ai service staff to find the proper solutionContact customer to coordinate site visit as neededWork with Ai service staff to coordinate site visit and to gather required information on siteFollow Ai standards for warranty coverage timelines and manufacturer requirementsWork with Ai claims department as needed, to relay all pertinent information for processing claims with the manufacturerOrder materials for warranty jobs when appropriate and coordinate the request for preparation of those materials from the warehouse, following the standard pick ticket process.Utilization of a standard service tracker to communicate Ai warranty and service visits provided by the Service Technician team.Ensure proper invoicing and collection for billable servicesPopulate all quality control walk (QC) sheets for QC walks one week prior to completion for all builder jobsOther duties and responsibilities as assignedCompetenciesSkills: Excellent communication skills, time management, and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft suite and google platform for calendar, email, and document storageAbilities: Approachable, detail oriented, motivated to work hard and exceeds customer expectations, and demonstrates a can-do attitude.Ability to work and manage through conflict with a positive can do attitudeExperience:Experience in customer service is preferredResidential building market is a definite plus.Physical DemandsAbility and capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation, and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Multiple Locations
