ACG is conveniently located right off of I95 and is walking distance from bus routes and Tri-rail!!

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Customer voice and data problems to resolution on a variety of devices and handsets including complex wireless data issues.
  • Offer alternative solutions to the customer as part of trouble shooting with the objective of retaining customers business.
  • Ability to communicate with the customer via email, web-based Chat tools, and via voice Calls.
  • Troubleshooting Customer data issues referred by other CSR's throughout the Business Customer Service Organizations.
  • Support Customer requests for equipment warranty exchanges.
  • Track customer technical issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Wireless Support, IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a Call Center environment
