Excellent communication and organizational skills are required for this job. You are the "Face" of the office and all of your communications are a representation of the Doctor, the office philosophy, and policy. An experienced chiropractic professional is desired with a heavy customer service background on the phone and in person.
Duties include all scheduling of new and existing patients, recalls, insurance verification, collections, and payment plan arrangements. Must have excellent math skills, familiarity with patient ledgers and a working knowledge of health insurance.
Managerial components include ordering and stocking supplies, coordinating repairs and/or maintenance of office equipment, overall appearance and care of the physical space.
Aptitude for Social Media is a plus. Skills in event planning and marketing of our services to the community are also a plus.
Must have own transportation, be available to attend seminars, be willing to grow, accept direction from leadership, and have a genuine enthusiasm for your own health and that of our community.
Experience working in a Chiropractic Office preferred.
