YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This full-time position works in our office Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Additionally, we provide a full hour for lunch. This is not a work-from-home position.
As an HVAC Customer Service Rep, you play a critical role in our air conditioning and heating company. You arrive at the office ready to provide the excellent service our trusted company is known for. Exhibiting your ability to connect with customers easily, you tackle various essential tasks, including taking incoming calls, dispatching calls to notify clients of any schedule changes, and completing daily call logs and reports.
Our office could not operate without you, and you take great pride in the hard work you do every day. You thoroughly enjoy serving others and playing an important part in keeping our air conditioning and heating company running smoothly!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within a department
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Fluency in both English and Spanish would be a plus. An associate degree would also be preferred but is not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this office job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
